The "Drive, Drop, and Reset" clinic focuses on sharpening three critical movement patterns essential for competitive play:

1. Drive – Players practice explosive, forward-moving shots aimed at putting pressure on opponents. Emphasis is on quick footwork, strong body positioning, and clean, aggressive contact.

2. Drop – Players work on soft, controlled shots that land in the opponent’s non-volley zone (kitchen). The focus is on finesse, precision, and maintaining a ready posture for quick transitions.

3. Reset – Players develop the ability to neutralize fast or aggressive play by "resetting" the rally with a soft, controlled shot that slows the pace. Training stresses hand control, touch, and strategic ball placement under pressure.

4. The clinic uses structured drills, live ball scenarios, and coached games to integrate these skills. By the end, players should move more confidently between offensive and defensive modes, keeping better control of point tempo and maintaining stronger court positioning.
